St Andrews State Park
On the east side of Panama City lays one of the best beaches around, Panama City Beach. St Andrews State Park, located at 4607 State Park Lane in Panama City Beach is the perfect spot for nature and outdoor enthusiasts who are looking for fun and adventure. Surrounded on three sides by the Gulf of Mexico, St Andrews Pass, and Grand Lagoon; St Andrews State Park is full of activities for the whole family. There are numerous trails for hiking and biking where you will discover native wildlife such as migratory birds, deer and even some alligators!
Visitors can also rent bicycles, kayaks and canoes from the general store on the peninsula. Snorkeling and scuba diving are also popular in the lagoon. In fact, free fishing days are coming up Sept 6-7th which would be another good reason to get out and enjoy the state park.
