Mileage:  $.49 per mile over the daily limit
All rentals subject to 6% sales and rental tax.  Rental charges, deposit(s), estimate mileage, plus tax will be due at time of pickup.
Security Deposit: $500.00 Motorhome, $250.00 Towable: but not less than deductible amount.
All motorhomes are delivered with a full fuel tank…if returned less than full, fuel will be charged at current rates plus $30.00 fill-up service charge.
Unit is clean at the time of pick-up and must be returned the same…pre-paid cleaning service available for $125.00
Must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license and have a valid liability insurance policy on personal vehicle.
Travel Trailer 29BH requires an equilizer hitch and sway control which can be rented for an additional $25.00.
Brake control required on all rental units over 5,000 lbs.  (customer supplied)
Generator Usage: 4 hours per day is included. $2.00 per hour for overage
Pick-up time should be after 12:00 p.m. and Return should be before 11:00 a.m.  A late return will result in additional charges.
Local Delivery and Setup is available within a 25 mile radius for an additional $150.00.
Insurance must be paid for and provided by renter to cover value of unit rented and deductible cannot exceed the security deposit amount.
ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING!!!!!!  (If we smell a smoke odor when returned, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $75.00.)
PETS ARE PROHIBITED unless approved prior to pickup and an additional fee is paid (limited availibility; specific units only; service animals OK.)
